On Friday 26 July at 6pm we are to play a special gala concerto concert to bring to an end the 24th St. Anne’s International Bach Festival hosted by the music society Music-at-Hill. The programme will be

J. S. Bach: Overture, BWV 1070
Air from Suite no. 3, BWV 1068
Violin Concerto in A minor, BWV 1041
Harpsichord Concerto in A major, BWV 1055
Double Concerto for oboe & violin, BWV 1060

with soloists
Hazel Brooks violin & director
Belinda Paul  oboe
Dan Tidhar harpsichord

This concerto finale will be followed by a special Golden Jubilee reception hosted by Music-at-Hill to which all concert-goers are welcome. An exhibition of archival material from the earliest days of the Society will also be on display throughout the day.
